Return policy
1. General provisions
This policy sets out the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from the website https://oneconcept.ro.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to the terms of this return policy.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with GEO no. 34/2014, the Customer has the right to return the purchased products, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the intention to return the products in writing to the e-mail address[support@oneconcept.ro] or via the contact form on the website.
3. Return conditions
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without any signs of use, damage or alteration, and accompanied by all original accessories, related documents and original packaging.
Products showing signs of assembly, excessive use, dents, scratches or missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
The return is made by a courier company approved by the Customer, at the Customer’s expense, except in cases where the product has been delivered incorrectly or has manufacturing defects.
4. Return procedure
The customer notifies the intention to return the goods within the statutory period of 14 days.
[OneConcept] will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide instructions on how to send the return parcel.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, [OneConcept] will refund the value of the product, within 14 calendar days at the latest, using the same payment method used by the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Products exempt from return
The following categories of products cannot be returned, according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014:
products made to order or customized to Customer specifications
products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed
products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other elements
6. Complaints
Any complaint about a non-conforming or defective product must be reported immediately to[support@oneconcept.ro], within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by relevant pictures and a description of the problem.
7. Changes to the return policy
[OneConcept] reserves the right to change this return policy, in accordance with applicable law, without prior notice.
The updated version will be permanently displayed on the website.
