Order delivery policy
1. General provisions
This Delivery Policy governs the conditions under which [OneConcept] delivers the products ordered through the website https://oneconcept.ro.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that he/she has read and agrees to the terms set out below.
2. Methods of delivery
Orders are delivered through partner courier companies, to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
Orders can be delivered exclusively within Romania. For international deliveries, please contact us before placing the order.
3. Delivery deadlines
The processing time for an order is usually 1-2 working days after confirmation of payment.
The delivery time estimated by the courier company is 24-48 hours after the parcel is handed over to the courier.
During periods of intense activity (e.g. Black Friday, public holidays), these deadlines may be subject to change, in which case the Customer will be informed.
4. Delivery costs
Delivery is free of charge, regardless of order value or destination, throughout Romania.
Any subsequent changes to the free transportation policy will be transparently communicated on the website.
5. Reception conditions
It is the Customer’s obligation to check the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the parcel.
In case of visible damage to the parcel, the Customer is requested to refuse receipt of the parcel and to report the situation immediately to[support@oneconcept.ro] or by phone at [support number].
Subsequent complaints about damaged products, made without a statement of findings with the courier company, may be rejected.
6. Force majeure
[OneConcept] cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (severe weather conditions, strikes, road accidents, legal restrictions, etc.), which fall into the category of force majeure.
7. Delivery policy changes
We reserve the right to amend this delivery policy whenever necessary in accordance with applicable law.
